Where we ship

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed from the United States within 2 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, email us at our support email and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
